If you are a publisher or an author and would like to
promote your company or books at our event, please choose the link that is
appropriate for your status to obtain the correct registration form.
Please note: All Authors &
Publishers must be pre-registered due to limited space. Those not
registered may have to be refused if spaces are not available. Registrations forms
are for ONE person. If you have additional people you wish to bring with
you, you must notify us on your form. Assistants will not be allowed in
workshops without a registration fee paid. Co-Authors should
fill out the Author Form and pay required fee.
