Ricardo Delgado is an American-born artist/writer of Costa
Rican descent. He was born in Los Angeles, California in
1964. Halloween fascinated him as a child, to the point where
he glued hair onto his face to complete his Wolfman costume!
Delgado is a graduate of the prestigious Art Center College of
Design in Pasadena, where he teaches presently.

As a film Illustrator, Ricardo has worked on such films as
Apollo 13, Men in Black and Star Trek: First Contact. In
Animation, Ricardo has worked on features like Atlantis- The
Lost Empire, The Incredibles, Wall-e, How to Train your Pet
Dragon and TV shows like Avatar- The Last Airbender.

Ricardo’s dinosaur Comic Book series, Age of Reptiles, for
Dark Horse Comics, has been published all over the world. He
lives in the San Fernando Valley with his wife Frances and his
children, Rebeca and Ricky. This is his first novel.
